The girls at St Margaret's School in Aberdeen proudly wear their Kinloch Anderson tartan lambswool scarves.
The tartan is based on the Aberdeen district sett. Elements of the Drummond tartan have been included within the design to acknowledge Queen Margaret, the school’s namesake, and her marriage into the Scottish Drummond Clan. Colours: blue, red and green represent the three houses of the school; Kildrummy, Crathes and Dunnottar; light blue and golden yellow reflect the school’s crest and brand colours.
The tartan was designed by both the pupils at the school and Kinloch Anderson.
